1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern use of Costa Guest, operated by HET KRUIDENNIERTJE, S.A.. By using an account or a feature that requires acceptance, you agree to these terms. Separate commercial terms may apply to paid business services or third-party services.
2. Travel information and Concierge
Costa Guest is a discovery and planning service. It does not guarantee that a venue, event, route, price, timetable, weather condition or other time-sensitive fact remains unchanged after the stated verification time. Source/freshness information should be considered where shown.
Costa Guest is not an emergency service. In Spain, use 112 or the competent authority for emergencies and safety-critical situations. Do not rely solely on the Concierge for medical, emergency or official safety decisions.
3. Accounts and authorised access
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use only accounts/stay links/business permissions that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls or security measures;
- scrape, overload or disrupt the service contrary to applicable law or our technical controls;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or rights-violating material;
- impersonate another person/business or falsely claim ownership/authority over a listing;
- use Costa Guest to create harmful, fraudulent or misleading travel or safety information.
5. Third-party bookings and affiliate links
Where Costa Guest redirects you to a third-party provider, the booking/purchase contract is normally between you and that provider, unless Costa Guest expressly states otherwise. Prices, availability, cancellation, refunds and fulfilment are governed by the provider's terms.
Costa Guest may earn a commission from qualifying outbound links. This must be disclosed and must not allow a provider or partner to override safety rules or secretly buy organic relevance.
6. User and business submissions
If you submit edits, media, offers or other content, you confirm that you have authority and the necessary rights to do so. You grant Costa Guest the rights reasonably necessary to review, store, localise and display approved content within the service. Moderation or plan eligibility may apply before public display.
7. Intellectual property
Costa Guest and its original software/content remain protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of Costa Guest intellectual property or third-party rights.
8. Service changes and liability
Features may evolve, be paused or be withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or third-party performance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Law and disputes
Spanish law applies. Mandatory consumer rights and competent consumer courts remain unaffected. Business-specific contractual terms may contain additional lawful jurisdiction provisions.
