1. When these terms apply
These terms apply to professional/business customers who purchase a Costa Guest business plan from HET KRUIDENNIERTJE, S.A.. They do not activate billing by themselves. A paid subscription only exists when the relevant checkout is enabled and successfully completed.
2. Customer authority
The person subscribing confirms that they act for a business and have authority to bind that business and manage the relevant listing/account.
3. Plan, price and taxes
The plan name, included capabilities, billing interval, price and applicable VAT/tax are shown before checkout and form part of the order. Promotional visibility or paid plan status does not guarantee an organic ranking position, traffic, bookings, revenue or publication approval.
4. Payment and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe when billing is enabled. Recurring plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation controls made available to the customer. Payment-card data is handled by the payment provider.
5. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation
Any proration, immediate upgrade or end-of-period downgrade shown in the checkout/account flow applies to that change. Cancellation stops future renewals subject to the effective date shown in the account/billing flow; it does not automatically erase records we must retain by law.
6. Listings, offers and media
Business content must be accurate, lawful and rights-cleared. Costa Guest may require claim verification, moderation, freshness or plan eligibility before content is published. Safety, quality and editorial rules cannot be bypassed by payment.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access or publication where reasonably necessary for fraud, security, non-payment, unlawful content, material breach or protection of users/platform integrity. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy.
8. Service and liability
Unless a separate written service level is agreed, the service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may require maintenance. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further B2B limitation must be interpreted subject to mandatory law and the specific order/contract.
